Why UNC

The administration residency program at UNC Medical Center combines the clinical complexity of an academic medical center with the challenge of being the flagship hospital in an eight hospital health-system. It provides residents with diverse opportunities to learn from top notch clinicians and innovative administrators in various areas of practice. What I found to be most important about UNC is the supportive, family-like atmosphere within the pharmacy department. The warmth of the pharmacy staff enables residents to fully immerse themselves in the program and develop into well-adjusted, mature clinicians and leaders.
