Why UNC

As a fourth year student, I witnessed exceptional patient care and interdisciplinary teamwork within UNC Medical Center’s practice model. The program offers a robust PGY2 curriculum, allowing for a comprehensive yet individualized pharmacy practice experience. My clinical clerkships at UNC Medical Center allowed me to observe the strong sense of camaraderie within the residency class and the program’s sincere concern for mentorship and personal growth. UNC's warm, family environment is equally important; I know that I will develop lifelong friendships with my 34 co-residents and build lasting relationship with several preceptors and mentors!
