Assessing the Effectiveness of a Standardized Antibiotic Regimen for the Treatment of Driveline Infections in Patients with Left Ventricular Assist Devices
UNC is a highly ranked cardiac center that offers an amazing breadth of cardiology experiences, allowing me the opportunity to train in and prepare for a full spectrum of possible careers. The residency program at UNC is supported by a group of cardiology pharmacists who are incredibly dedicated to the learning and development of the resident. Additionally, during my PGY1 training at UNC I was fortunate enough to learn the value of practicing within a strong and progressive department of pharmacy, and I was excited to further my training in this positive environment. UNC also offers unique training experiences, such as becoming licensed and practicing as a clinical pharmacist practitioner.
