Thomas K. Warcup, D.O., FAOBFP
Dr. Thomas Warcup is a board certified family physician with 15 years of clinical and administrative experience between practicing within the Indian Health Service and hospital medical staff leadership. He is currently the medical director of Carolina Advanced Health, designed as an innovative collaborative between UNC and BCBSNC to model a progressive PCMH in a fee-for-value health care system. CAH demonstrates a multidisciplinary team based approach to managing chronic disease with disease registries, protocols for behavioral counseling and treatment protocols to improve EHR utilization.
Dr. Warcup completed his medical education at the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine and served as chief resident at Warren Hospital Family Medicine Residency in New Jersey, a Robert Wood Johnson Network hospital.
Dr. Warcup is former Associate Clinical Professor of Family Medicine at the Brown University School of Medicine and the University of New England. He currently holds an Adjunct Faculty appointment in Family Medicine at UNC- Chapel Hill and serves as the Associate Medical Director for Population Health Initiatives for UNC Physician Network.
Dr. Christine O'Meara, MD

Dr. Christine O'Meara is a board certified family physician with over 7 years of clinical experience. Dr. O'Meara completed her medical education at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in Newark, NJ. She completed her residency at the University of North Carolina School of Medicine at Chapel Hill.
Katie Mezynski, PA-C
Katie Mezynski is a board certified graduate of the physician assistant program at East Carolina University. After finishing her undergraduate degree in biology, Ms. Mezynski developed an interest in clinical medicine while serving as an intern at the UNC School of Medicine in Chapel Hill.
Caroline Howard, PharmD, BCACP, CPP
Dr. Caroline Howard is a graduate of the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy in Chapel Hill and is board certified in ambulatory care. After completing a pharmacy practice residency at the Durham Veterans Affairs Hospital, she practiced in the primary care clinics at the Asheville VA Medical Center with a focus on diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and anticoagulation. Dr. Howard is passionate about helping patients optimize their medications to control their chronic disease states.
Latasha Williams, RD, LDN

Latasha Williams is a registered dietitian and licensed nutritionist who pursued nutrition as a second degree from North Carolina Central University. Following her internship, Williams traveled throughout the Southeast, delivering inpatient and outpatient nutrition services. Most recently, she was at Doctor's Hospital in Augusta, GA, where she assisted with the development of an outpatient medical nutrition therapy program.

Susan Potts Kimberly received her undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of Michigan and her Master of Social Work degree from UNC Chapel Hill. She is a licensed clinical social worker with over 15 years of experience providing psychosocial services in hospital, clinic and home-care settings.

Her 20 years of experience include Pediatric and Adult Critical Care, Urgent Care, Home Health, Case Management, Recruitment, and Healthcare Management. Additionally, Yvonne holds a Master's degree in Counseling from Liberty University, specializing in marriage and family therapy and has experience counseling adolescents and their families.
Nikki M. Hudson, MHA
Nikki developed a passion for physician practices while pursuing her undergraduate degree at Furman University and working part-time for a local pediatric group. Nikki worked as a research assistant for the MUSC Center for Health Economics during her graduate program in health administration. Nikki has over 10 years of administrative experience that includes large for-profit healthcare systems and private specialty practices with ambulatory surgical centers.
