Samples for sirolimus testing must be in the Core Laboratory by 12 pm (noon) for same day testing. Samples received after noon will be run the following day.

Comments

Methodology: Liquid Chromatography Tandem Mass Spectrometry

-Sirolimus should be collected as a trough sample immediately before the next scheduled dose.
-Multiple test requests with same sample type will require additional volumes for testing.
-Pediatric microtainers (“bullets”) available from Phlebotomy Services
