Comments

Infectious mononucleosis serology utilizes the Seradyn Color Slide® II agglutination test for the qualitative detection of infectious mononucleosis associated IgM heterophile antibodies in serum or plasma.   The assay uses guinea pig antigen absorption with horse red cell agglutination to detect heterophile antibody.
