Internal Reference Testing Specimen Handling Instructions:
Incubate at 37 °C for 2 hours.
Centrifuge and aliquot - minimum 4 aliquots of 0.5 mL.
Use all serum. Freeze within 4 hrs.
Comments Patient should be off Heparin for a minimum of 8 hrs.
